Who I am
No Name Creative is the trading name of Olga Mitso, a sole trader based in the UK. I am the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: olhamitso@gmail.com
What data I collect
When you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name, your email address, and details about your project or enquiry, including the "help needed" and "timeline" selections. This site does not use cookies or analytics tracking of any kind.
Why I collect it
I use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
I process this data on the basis of legitimate interest, responding to an enquiry you've actively chosen to send me.
Where it's stored
This site is built and hosted on Framer. Framer acts as a data processor and stores form submissions on its servers (hosted via AWS in the United States), transferred under UK/EU-approved safeguards. Submissions are also sent directly to my personal email inbox.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry data for up to 6 months, after which it's deleted, unless we've started an ongoing working relationship.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, withdraw consent at any time, and complain about how your data has been handled. To do any of these, email me at olhamitso@gmail.com - I'll acknowledge any complaint within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at any time, via ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy if the site or the law changes. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
